Fitness can be a way to maintain health, or a performance sport, and we at Spa Ice Resort understand that. Good physical condition can be achieved through regular physical activity and the effects of fitness can be improved cardiac and respiratory functions, increased flexibility, increased muscle strength and resistance.

Fitness performed as an activity to improve health reduces the risk of heart attacks, colon cancer, diabetes or hypertension. Physical activity required to achieve a good physical condition differs from person to person, and we recommend moderate physical activity for 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week or more, and for intense exercise, 20 minutes a day , 3 days a week.
